Incorporated in 1988, Filmmakers Collaborative is a non-profit organization started by filmmakers Michal Aviad and Kevin White. Our mission is to generate public awareness and involvement through films and media that address social and environmental issues.
What's Going On At Filmmakers Collaborative?
Current projects include Fair Fight in the Marketplace, a film about how antitrust legislation impacts businesses and consumers, being produced on behalf of the American Antitrust Institute. Also in progress in our San Francisco office is How On Earth, a three-part television series and outreach campaign that captures the excitement and importance of the environmental restoration movement of North America. Halfway around the world, filmmaker Michal Aviad is at work on a film depicting moments of hope in the Palestinian-Israeli confict.
